It's just a short walk to the university, and there are plenty of options in the area for groceries and dining. Several major bus routes run along Whyte Ave and it isn't too far from the LRT station either, making it fairly easy to get around. The apartments are cozy and affordable, and staff have been quick to address maintenance concerns. Overall very happy with my experience at 1TEN so far!
