Responsibilities

  • Community BuildingOrganize social events, workshops, and welcome programs that help students connect.
  • Resident SupportFirst point of contact for residents — listen, guide, and connect students to support services.
  • Safety & PolicyMaintain a safe, respectful living environment by ensuring residents follow building policies.
  • Admin & CommsSupport move-ins, move-outs, maintenance reporting, inspections, and building communications.
  • After-Hours On-CallRotating on-call shifts for noise complaints, lockouts, and emergencies.
