★★★★★I am a current resident. For someone who just moved out of their parent’s house, this place is great for a first place to live, especially if you also go to school. The staff and management here are all lovely, they work so hard to keep the place clean and safe for everyone, they are constantly looking for ways to improve the place. They have different activities (free to join) for all the residence once a month. There is a bookshelf in the lobby full of interesting books to read. The gym is free for residents to use. Electricity, water, heating/AC and maintenance are covered under rent. If something needs fixing in your apartment all you have to do is put in a request through resident portal and they come fix it. Everything is within walking distance, there is a train station nearby and lots to do on Elgin. Highly recommend.

★★★★★I have nothing but good things to say about the 1Eleven apartments, at least on the floor I live on; I live in one of the Single apartments and have had nothing but good experiences in the year I have lived here. I was put off initially by the reviews when I first penned the lease, but was pleasantly surprised when none of the complaints came true in the slightest. They have fairly reasonable rent prices given how close you are to UOttawa; nothing but great things to say about staff, the cleaning staff are friendly and kind :)
